This is a challenging position for Cybersecurity Engineers to work on a highly visible consultation service team providing encryption, security engineering expertise, and guidance to project teams and system implementors.  The program office provides a variety of free cybersecurity consulting services to our mission partners which include cybersecurity remediation assistance, prototyping and piloting, technical evaluations, cybersecurity best practices, and design and architectural reviews for networks and systems.

The Sponsor’s office is responsible for providing access administration support across multiple networks to our mission partners serving in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. We are in need of a Software Quality Assurance Specialist/Applications Tester subject matter expert.  The program is to develops, deploys, and maintains entitlement management software.  Enterprise Entitlement Management (EM) is a critical piece of the Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) strategy to provide consistent, reliable, auditable, and secure access management approval and processing workflows.  The EM Services leverage cloud hosting to meet availability, scalability and security demands.  The Sponsor requires software testing and training, to design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy Free Open-Source Software (FOSS) and custom components to replace micro services and access control workflows currently supplied by Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) software.  The Contractor will function as part of an existing Agile/Scrum Contractor development team.

The team requires a Contractor to provide network architecture and systems engineering leveraging Human Centered Design and use case development methodologies to design and implement business applications.
